A Bit About Me
Sarah Jane is a lover of the natural world, especially its edible treasures. This has led to a career in kitchens all over the United States, Costa Rica and Uruguay. From French bakeries to yoga retreat centers to owning her own catering company, she has been a student of the culinary arts for 20 years. These experiences have lead to a repertoire of seasonal, regional anti-inflammatory recipes. Her vast knowledge of the natural world, the art of self inquiry and enthusiasm for connection can be tasted in all of her offerings.
